01. Receive support.
Implement your gut healing protocols with the support and accountability of a health coach. If you are not working with a practitioner, together, we will implement an elimination diet to remove gut harming foods and replace them with gut healing foods.
02. Build better habits.
Identify and remove negative habits, and begin building positive habits that support gut healing. Focus on your vision for health and wellness and discover strengths and values that will support behavior change.
03. Reduce Stress
Stress and digestion are related. Examine ways to implement stress reduction techniques such as meditation, breathing, hydration (cortisol reduction), movement, spiritual practices and play (YES! PLAY!).
04. Improve Mindset
Cultivate your desire for your own health and vitality. Increase awareness of your story and the patterns of your own mindset and behavior. Change your perspective to a growth mindset from a fixed mindset.
05. Optimize Sleep
Sleep not only directly affects your health but studies now show it affects your micro-biome as well. Take an inventory of your sleep habits and make changes where necessary.

I specialize working with people who suffer from digestive health issues. I help support gut healing w/ diet and lifestyle changes so that you can build health and vitality while minimizing flare ups. I work with you to build strong, healthy habits by giving you accountability and support.
Scope of Practice
As a health coach, I cannot diagnose, treat or prescribe but I am able to collaborate with a practitioner (recommended), by helping you implement prescribed protocols while building positive habits that support gut healing. If you aren’t working with a practitioner, however, I can still help you implement lifestyle changes that support gut healing.
As a certified ADAPT Health Coach, I use motivational interviewing, positive psychology, mindful listening and practical health and wellness resources to support gut healing while making real, lasting, lifestyle and behavior change.

In addition to my training, I, like you, have worked very hard to heal my gut through working with a Functional Medicine doctor and Health Coach. I lived with chronic GERD for years and was able to get off medication and heal my gut.
