What is Habit Change Coaching?
It has often been said that your habits determine the quality of your life. Habit Change Coaching takes motivational interviewing, positive psychology and appreciative inquiry to help develop self empowerment to implement positive habits in all areas of your life. We accomplish this by getting clear on a vision, setting goals, improving mindset and removing obstacles. The investment of working with a coach allows you to make tiny habits that build on each other. Most clients work with me for 6 months to a year and are able to transform their lives one tiny habit at a time!

My name is Ken Kiser and I am a Functional Health, Epigenetic and Habit Change coach but most importantly I am someone who has transformed my horrible habits of my 20’s and 30’s to living my best life after 40.
I have a Transformational Coaching Method certificate as well as Life Coach certification from the Health Coach Institute. I use Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry to help people bridge the gap of knowledge and motivation to improve habits and transform all areas of your life.
How it works:
- Book an initial call.
In this 30 minute complimentary phone call we answer 3 questions: What do I do? What are your needs? Decide which service is best for you.
- If you choose Habit Change Coaching:
You will book a 90 minute discovery call and we will get clear about your vision and long-term goals.
- After the Discovery Session: We will meet for either weekly 25 minute sessions or 50 minute sessions either weekly or bi-weekly.
