1) One in two Americans has a chronic disease, and one in four has multiple chronic diseases. Seven of ten deaths in the U.S. are caused by a chronic disease.
2) Unlike what has been thought previously, chronic disease comes down to people making the wrong choices about their diet, lifestyle, and behavior day in and day out.
The good news:
Diet and lifestyle changes can drastically improve or even reverse the risk of a chronic disease or other chronic health problems.
The bad news:
In a study in 2013, only 6% engage in the five health-promoting behaviors suggested by the CDC.
- Not smoking.
- Getting regular exercise.
- Consuming less of no alcohol.
- Maintaining a normal body weight.
- Getting enough sleep.

How you talk to yourself matters. When a lot of clients come to see me, their inner self talk is the biggest issue keeping them from optimal health. Changing from a set mindset to a growth mindset can give you a small shift that can yield large results. Together, we identify the areas where you do not talk to yourself how you would talk to others and we adjust. This seemingly small adjustment yields great results!

How it works:
- Book an initial call.
In this 30 minute complimentary phone call we answer 3 questions: What do I do? What are your needs? Decide which service is best for you.
- After the initial consultation, when we decide to work together, you will book a discovery session of 90 minutes. In this session, I will help you get clear on what you want, your values, strengths, network of support and long-term goals.
- We will then decide on a suitable coaching package.
Depending on your needs, you will choose between 50 minute in-depth calls and 25 minute accountability calls. We will also decide on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions.
