What is Epigenetic Coaching?

Epigenetics is how your DNA responds to your lifestyle and environment. As an Epigenetic Coach, we use a DNA sequencing report to look at specific genes related to nutrition, sleep, supplementation, exercise, hormones, detox, and stress. We then adjust habits, lifestyle and environment based on the findings in order to leverage gene expression for optimal health.

My name is Ken Kiser and I am a Functional Health and Epigenetic coach but most importantly I am someone who has transformed my horrible habits of my 20’s and 30’s to living my best health after 40. As a coach, I am not a medical professional. I do not prescribe or diagnose. I am someone who is trained in Lifestyle and Habit change who can help you reach your Health and Wellness goals.

My journey has fueled my passion to help others (like you!) take control of their health habits. Through using Functional Health Coaching, the precision of Epigenetics and the science of habit change, I help you eliminate stressors, and implement healthy habits that support you to living in optimal health! How it works:


  1. Book an initial call.
    In this 15 minute complimentary phone call we answer 3 questions: What do I do? What are your needs? Decide which service is best for you.
  2. If you choose Epigenetic Coaching:
    We will meet for a two hour reading after your report as been generated which can take approximately 3 to 6 weeks. After the meeting, you will receive a detailed, written recap of your results as well as a “one sheet” of your highest leveraged actions. Additional follow-up sessions are recommended and discussed in the initial consultation based on needs.
  3. If you choose Functional Health Coaching: If after the initial consultation, we decide to work together, you will book a discovery session of 90 minutes. In this session, I will help you get clear on what you want, your values, strengths, network of support and long-term goals. We will then decide on a suitable coaching package.
    Depending on your needs, you will choose between 50 minute in-depth calls and 25 minute accountability calls.
